Upload a binary (data plane)

Step 1 of the two-step binary flow: uploads the bytes (max 20 MB) and
returns a storagePath. Step 2 creates the file row via
POST .../brain/files with a document/image body referencing it.

200Upload accepted.

400Invalid request body (details carries field-level issues).

401Missing, invalid, expired or revoked API key. Also returned when the person behind a "You" key is no longer a workspace member.

403Denied - read-only key on a mutation, missing ownership, or a gate denial (see code).

413File exceeds the 20 MB cap.

429Over the per-key limit (300 requests/minute).
