Set up your account and start using Hubi in under five minutes.

Getting Started

Getting up and running with Hubi takes less than five minutes. Here's the fast track.

1. Create Your Account

Open the app or web dashboard and create your account to get started.

When you're ready to save your work, create a full account: tap Sign Up > enter your email and password > check your inbox for a verification email > confirm.

2. Onboard Your Company

After sign-up, Hubi walks you through a guided setup tuned to your business type:

  1. Company name - Enter it or use AI lookup (Hubi auto-fills industry, description, and website).
  2. Business cluster - Pick what best matches your business (e-commerce, SaaS, agency, content creator, local services, and more). Hubi uses your cluster to surface the right starter tasks, suggested skills, and integrations instead of a generic checklist.
  3. Region and platform - A few quick questions so Hubi understands your market and where you operate.
  4. Brand setup - Add your colors, logo, and tone of voice for on-brand content and design.
  5. Connect integrations - Optional: link Slack, Google, or your store so Hubi can act on real data from day one.

This profile becomes part of Hubi's Memory - every conversation benefits from it automatically. After onboarding you'll see a curated Discover Ideas tab on your dashboard with cluster-specific suggested tasks.

3. Navigate the Dashboard

The drawer menu is your home base. Swipe from the left or tap the menu icon to access:

  • Dashboard - Suggestion chips, Discover Ideas, and quick-start prompts
  • Recent Chats - Your conversation history
  • Memory, Calendar, Assets - Business context, schedule, generated files
  • Skills, Automations, Integrations, Credentials - Capabilities and connections
  • Settings - Account, billing, language, notifications

The notification bell in the top-right of the dashboard opens your Notification Center - unread items, follow-up reminders, and in-progress skill gym runs.

Features locked to higher plans show an upgrade badge - tap to see what's included.

4. Start Your First Conversation

Tap a suggestion chip on the dashboard or type your own request. Be specific - include your goal, audience, and any constraints. Hubi will research, create, and deliver structured results.

Follow up in the same thread to refine. Hubi remembers everything said earlier in the conversation.

Troubleshooting

  • Hubi not responding? Check your internet connection, try a new conversation, or close and reopen the app.
  • Credit limit reached? Settings > Billing > upgrade to a higher plan, or switch to the Unlimited plan to remove the credit budget entirely.
  • Forgot your password? Login screen > Forgot Password > enter your email > check inbox for a reset link.
