Workspaces
Isolated environments for different businesses, clients, or projects.
Workspaces
Workspaces are fully isolated environments — nothing bleeds between them. Each workspace has its own memory, skills, integrations, conversations, assets, and automations.
When to Use Multiple Workspaces
- Multiple businesses — Keep each company's data completely separate.
- Client work — One workspace per client for clean boundaries.
- Personal vs. professional — Separate projects without overlap.
Creating a Workspace
Drawer > tap workspace name at top > workspace switcher > Create new workspace > follow the onboarding steps: name your workspace, describe your business, and configure initial settings.
Every new workspace starts fresh — no conversations, assets, or automations carry over. Memory is blank, integrations are disconnected, and skills are at defaults.
Switching Workspaces
Drawer > tap workspace name at top > select the workspace you want. Hubi loads it immediately and lands on the conversations screen.
A checkmark or highlight shows which workspace is currently active. When you switch, everything updates — conversations, assets, automations, calendar, memory, skills, and integrations all scope to the new workspace.
Switching is non-destructive. Data in other workspaces stays safe and unchanged.
Default Workspace
Your first workspace is created automatically during signup. You can create additional workspaces anytime.
