Settings

Everything about your account, billing, language, and notifications - all in one place. Open Settings from the dashboard.

Account

Your profile shows your name, email, and role (Member, Admin, and so on). Name or role changes require workspace admin action.

Change your email: Open Settings > Account, enter the new address, and select Change email. Hubi sends a confirmation link to the new address. Your current email remains active until you confirm the link. After confirmation, use the new email to sign in. If the email does not arrive or you entered the wrong address, submit the same address again to resend the link, or a different one to replace the pending request.

Sign out: Settings > Sign Out > confirm. Your data and conversation history stay safely in the cloud. On mobile, Hubi also supports over-the-air updates - check for the latest from Settings.

Billing and Plans

Hubi runs on credits. Every message, tool call, and automation run consumes them, and your included budget resets each billing cycle.

There is a Free plan plus paid tiers, all with unlimited team members:

PlanWhat it is
FreeOne channel (Slack, mobile, or web), a monthly credit budget, unlimited workspace memory, all business skills unlocked, and 1,000+ integrations.
Paid tiersAll channels, a larger monthly credit budget, and scheduled automations. The top tier adds credit top-ups and auto-reload.
EnterpriseCustom hosting location, an SLA with priority support, invoicing and custom billing terms, and dedicated onboarding. Contact sales.

Prices, tier names, and included credit amounts change and vary by promotion. The numbers that apply to your workspace are always the ones in Settings > Billing and on the upgrade page. Treat those as the source of truth, not this page.

Free credits: every new workspace starts with a one-time credit bonus, and connecting Slack earns more, scaled by how many people are in your Slack workspace. Both expire after 30 days, so use them while you are setting things up.

Add credits anytime: Settings > Billing > Add Credits > choose an amount > complete via Stripe.

Auto-reload: on plans that support it, Hubi tops up your balance automatically when it runs low, so nothing stops mid-run.

Profession Plans

Some workspaces see a different kind of plan: instead of buying a bucket of credits, you buy a profession - the job you need done every day.

  • The professions are SEO, Sales, and Brand, matching the folders in your Brain.
  • Work inside a profession you own is not counted against credits, however long it runs.
  • Anything outside it draws from your monthly credit budget as usual.
  • Tiers differ in how many professions they cover: one, or all three.

A profession you own is marked with a badge on its Brain folder, and the Ask Hubi tab groups its conversation starters by profession. This is rolling out gradually, so your workspace may still be on the credit-only plans.

Usage

Owners and admins get a Usage view in the sidebar, showing where the credits went:

  • Overview - the totals and the trend.
  • People - a breakdown by the person who did the work, including people acting through Slack or Teams.
  • Timeline - individual activity over the period.
  • Automations - what your scheduled work consumes.

Pick a date range at the top; the default is the last 30 days.

Language

Hubi works in a wide range of languages, including English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Arabic, and more.

Set your default: Settings > Language > select. It takes effect immediately across all conversations.

Per-conversation override: Open a conversation, choose a different language from the language indicator, and it applies only to that conversation.

Notifications

Three independent categories you can toggle on or off:

  • General - Account, workspace, and platform updates (on by default).
  • Follow-up Tasks - Reminders and results for tasks and automations, including a nudge when Hubi has replied and you have not seen it.
  • Marketing - Tips, feature announcements, and offers.

Changes take effect immediately from Settings > Notifications.
