Publish Your Articles

Every long piece Hubi writes - an article, a report, a brief - opens on the canvas and is filed in your Brain. Publishing takes it from there to your site.

Two Ways to Publish

From the document card in chat. Open the Publish menu on the card. Connected destinations are listed under Publish to; select one and Hubi sends the document there.

By asking. After Hubi writes a document, a Publish pill appears under the reply. Select it, or just say "publish it", and Hubi asks where. It names your connected platforms first and offers up to two you could connect as alternatives.

Where It Can Go

Flotiq	Through Hubi.

Connect any of them from Capabilities > Integrations. If nothing is connected yet, the Publish menu says so and offers the ones worth connecting first.

Using a CMS that is not on the list? Hubi says so in one line - the Brain file is the copy to paste from. It will not create an account for you, log into your CMS through a browser, or set up hosting.

Drafts First, Always

Hubi publishes as a draft, never live by default:

Say the word and I'll make it live.

Review it on your own site, then tell Hubi to publish it. That is the moment it starts counting for search.

Hubi Remembers Where

After the first successful publish, Hubi writes one line into your Blog folder's guidance - "Articles go to WordPress (yoursite.com) as drafts; the user makes them live." Later article conversations read it and skip the question.

To change it, edit that guidance or just tell Hubi where articles should go from now on.

Where a Document Has Been

The document card shows what has already been published and where, so you never send the same piece twice by accident.

In Slack and Teams

Ask in the thread:

"@Hubi publish that article to WordPress as a draft."

Hubi replies with the draft link. If the platform is not connected, it tells you which one to connect and where.
