Skill Gym

Skill Gym is a guided wizard that learns your brand voice from real, published examples and turns it into a reusable skill Hubi can apply to every future task.

Instead of writing a skill from scratch or copy-pasting a style guide, you point Skill Gym at a channel where your brand already lives - Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, or other platforms - and let it extract the patterns automatically.

What It Does

Skill Gym walks you through six short phases:

1. Pick a channel - Choose where your brand voice already exists (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, and more).
2. Load examples - Hubi fetches your recent posts, images, and captions from that channel.
3. Select examples - Pick the ones that best represent the voice you want Hubi to learn (typically 5-15 is enough).
4. Extract the skill - The AI analyzes tone, structure, vocabulary, visual style, and recurring patterns, then proposes a draft skill.
5. Refine - Add annotations, tweak the tone, mark specific images as "do this" or "don't do this," and adjust the description until it matches your intent.
6. Save - The finished skill lands in your Skills library and applies to relevant future conversations automatically.

You can run Skill Gym multiple times, on different channels, to build a layered understanding of your brand. Each run produces a separate skill, and you can toggle them on or off independently.

When to Use It

• New workspace, established brand - You've been publishing for a while and want Hubi to match what's already working.
• Channel-specific voice - Your LinkedIn copy reads differently from your Instagram captions. Run Skill Gym once per channel for tighter results.
• Onboarding a new team member to your tone - The generated skill doubles as documentation of how your brand actually sounds.

Tips

• The more examples you select, the more confident the extracted skill is. Fewer than 5 is usually too sparse.
• Mix high-performing and average-performing posts so Hubi learns the baseline, not just the outliers.
• Use the refinement step to remove any one-off campaigns or seasonal content that shouldn't influence the everyday voice.
