Skills

Skills are reusable instructions that give Hubi deep domain expertise. Think of them as briefings you hand to a specialist - once a skill is active, Hubi draws on it automatically in relevant conversations. Skills live in your Brain, where you can file them into folders and attach them to a Job.

Template Skills

Hubi includes 26 ready-to-use templates covering the most common marketing and growth use cases:

To install: open Capabilities > Skills, browse the templates, preview one, and install it. The skill is immediately active.

Custom Skills

Build your own skills tailored to your workflows, brand voice, or proprietary processes.

Chat about it (easiest): describe what you need in plain language and Hubi generates the skill - review, edit, and save.

Create from Markdown: paste existing content like a brand guide or style document, name it, and save.

You can also build skills in the Skill Gym, where Hubi helps you draft and refine the instructions step by step.

Managing Skills

• Toggle on or off - Pause a skill without deleting it.
• Edit - Update the instructions; changes take effect in new conversations immediately.
• File in the Brain - Place a skill in a folder so it travels with the right context, or attach it to a Job.
• Delete - Remove a skill. Template skills can be reinstalled from the library anytime.

Multiple active skills work together - Hubi evaluates all of them and applies the most relevant knowledge to each response.

Plan Requirement

All business skills are unlocked on every plan, including Free.
