Manage Your Company at Slack

Connect Slack and run your business through channel-based AI workflows.

Manage Your Company at Slack

Hubi lives where your team already works. Connect Slack and run marketing, branding, SEO, support, and more - all from dedicated channels.

Connect Slack to Hubi

Most workspaces connect Slack during onboarding. If you still need to connect it:

  1. In the dashboard, open Capabilities > Integrations.
  2. Choose Slack and complete the OAuth authorization in your browser.
  3. Grant Hubi the requested permissions for your Slack workspace.

Once connected, invite @Hubi to a channel and message it like any teammate.

Turn Channels Into Jobs

The real power of Slack with Hubi is organizing work by channel. Each channel can become a Job - a task Hubi owns and runs on its own:

  • #social-media - Content creation, scheduling, and social strategy. See Slack: #social-media.
  • #branding - Logo design, brand assets, and visual identity. See Slack: #branding.
  • #seo - Content optimization, keyword research, and audits. See Slack: #seo.

A Job links the channel to a Brain folder for context and a skill with instructions, so Hubi shows up already knowing what to do. See Set Up Your First Job to create one.

How It Works in Practice

  1. Post a request in the relevant channel - "@Hubi, draft three LinkedIn posts about our product launch."
  2. Hubi responds in-thread with the output, keeping the channel clean.
  3. Your team reviews and iterates by replying in the same thread.
  4. Hubi refines based on the feedback, keeping full context.

Everyone sees the work happen. No switching apps, no copy-pasting between tools.
