Memory
Teach Hubi about your business so every conversation starts smarter.
Memory
Without Memory, every conversation starts from scratch. With it, Hubi knows your brand voice, target audience, competitors, and product details — automatically, in every chat.
Memory is a persistent business context store. You teach Hubi about your business once, and that knowledge follows into every conversation going forward.
Types of Insights
Text Insights
Manually written knowledge about your business. Great for:
- Company overview and positioning
- Brand voice and tone guidelines
- Target audience profiles
- Products and services
- Competitor notes
- Internal guidelines and processes
To add: Memory > Add > Text Insight > write your content > optionally assign tags > Save.
Tip: Keep insights focused — one topic per insight rather than one massive block. Easier to manage and update.
URL Insights
Auto-extracted content from web pages. Works well for your website, competitor pages, industry reports, and landing pages.
To add: Memory > Add > URL Insight > paste URL > Extract > review the content > assign tags > Save.
Tip: Public pages work best. Login-protected or paywalled pages may not extract correctly.
Organizing with Tags
Tags are short labels for categorizing and filtering insights. An insight can have multiple tags.
- Create tags when adding or editing an insight, or via Memory > Tag Manager.
- Filter by tapping the filter icon on the Memory screen and selecting tags.
- Tag Manager lets you rename or delete tags — renaming updates across all insights using that tag.
Searching Memory
Use the search bar on the Memory screen to search full content of all insights (not just titles). Combine with tag filters and sort by Newest or Oldest for precise results.
How to Access
