Memory (Hubi's Notes)
The notes Hubi keeps about you and your workspace so every chat starts smarter.
Memory (Hubi's Notes)
Without memory, every conversation starts from scratch. With it, Hubi remembers your brand voice, your audience, your competitors, and the way you like to work - automatically, in every chat.
Memory is now part of your Brain. As you work with Hubi, it writes down what it learns in two places:
- Hubi's notes about you - what Hubi picked up from your personal conversations. Lives in your My Preferences folder.
- Hubi's notes about this workspace - what Hubi learned about your team and company. Lives in your Workspace Preferences folder.
Both are written by Hubi and marked as such. They are yours to read, edit, or clean up anytime - open the card from the Brain to review what Hubi has remembered.
How Memory Gets Filled
You do not have to enter notes by hand. Hubi adds to memory as you go:
- Mention a fact about your business in chat, and Hubi can save it.
- Finish onboarding, and your company details seed the workspace notes.
- Ask Hubi to "remember this," and it files the detail in the right place.
Teaching Hubi On Purpose
When you want to give Hubi reference material rather than let it learn passively, use the rest of the Brain:
- Add Knowledge files - text notes, links, lists, and documents - to folders Hubi pulls from. See Brain.
- Set Preferences - "About you," "How Hubi communicates," and "Your rules" - to shape tone and hard constraints.
Notes are what Hubi learns; Knowledge and Preferences are what you tell it. Together they are why every conversation starts smarter than the last.
Reviewing and Cleaning Up
Open Brain in the dashboard sidebar, then open either notes card to see what Hubi has stored. Edit anything that is out of date, or remove notes you would rather Hubi forget. Changes save automatically.
