Integrations
Connect Slack and 1,000+ third-party apps to supercharge Hubi.
Integrations
Integrations turn Hubi from a capable AI into a teammate that knows your data and can act on it. Connect your business stack and let Hubi read, write, and take action across all of it.
Types of Integrations
Channel Integrations — Slack
Your team lives in Slack, so Hubi can too. The Slack integration lets you message Hubi directly from any channel or DM.
How to connect: Drawer > Capabilities > Integrations > Slack > Connect > complete OAuth authorization > grant permissions. Once connected, mention or DM Hubi from Slack like any other teammate.
App Integrations — 1,000+ Tools
Connect third-party apps via OAuth or API keys:
- Google Workspace — Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs
- HubSpot — Contacts, deals, pipeline
- Shopify — Orders, products, customer info
- Notion — Pages, databases, tasks
- And 1,000+ more
How to connect: Drawer > Capabilities > Integrations > browse or search > tap the app > Connect > follow the OAuth flow or paste an API key > Connected.
OAuth vs. API Key
Most apps use OAuth — a browser-based login that auto-refreshes tokens. Some require a manual API key from the service's dashboard. API keys are stored encrypted and never exposed in the interface after entry.
Managing Integrations
From Drawer > Capabilities > Integrations:
- View — Connected apps show a Connected badge. Tap any integration to see status and actions.
- Disconnect — Tap > Disconnect > confirm. Hubi loses access, but no data is deleted from the third-party service.
- Reconnect — If an integration shows an error or Expired status, tap > Reconnect to re-authorize.
Connected accounts are shared across mobile and web.
Plan Requirement
Integrations are available on Starter and higher plans.
